Terms of Service

By accessing or using NeuralMerge products (NeuralTutor, NeuralFlow, NeuralShield) or visiting neuralmerge.net, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use our software or website.

NeuralMerge provides three types of software:

• NeuralTutor: Local AI tutoring for children.
• NeuralFlow: Multi-AI comparison tool with optional cloud integrations.
• NeuralShield: Local AI assistant for professionals.

NeuralMerge may update or modify the products at any time.

When you purchase a NeuralMerge product, you receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or business purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the software
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense it
• Circumvent licensing or DRM mechanisms
• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Modify branding or claim ownership

Open-source components, if used, follow their respective licenses.

NeuralFlow requires account creation (Google sign-in). You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• Maintaining updated information
• Protecting API keys and credentials

NeuralMerge is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as LemonSqueezy and Paddle. You must comply with their terms and policies.

For subscription products:

• Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellations stop future charges
• Refund eligibility follows the rules of the payment processor

Refunds are handled according to LemonSqueezy or Paddle policies. NeuralMerge may grant additional refunds at our discretion in exceptional cases.

We may provide updates to improve performance, security, or functionality. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.

You agree not to use NeuralMerge products to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Harm minors
• Infringe intellectual property
• Distribute malware
• Misuse AI outputs in illegal or harmful ways

NeuralMerge products are tools; users are responsible for verifying and using outputs responsibly.

NeuralMerge software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free outputs
• Accuracy of AI responses
• Compatibility with all hardware

Local AI performance depends heavily on your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NeuralMerge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in the previous 12 months
• NeuralMerge is not responsible for data loss, misuse of AI outputs, or third-party service failures

We may suspend or terminate access to a product if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Abuse or misuse occurs

Upon termination, your license is revoked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
