Refund Policy

1. Overview

NeuralMerge sells downloadable and subscription-based AI software. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and how they are handled.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (LemonSqueezy, Paddle, or others).

2. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (NeuralShield, NeuralTutor, some NeuralFlow plans), we offer a 14-day refund window under the following conditions:

Refunds are granted if:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described
  • You contact support within 14 days of purchase
  • You provide reasonable details so we can troubleshoot

Refunds are not granted if:

  • You simply change your mind
  • Your device does not meet the hardware requirements
  • You used or benefited from the software and then request a refund

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions (NeuralFlow Pro or other recurring products) renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds are granted if:

  • You were charged after cancelling
  • There is a billing error
  • You cannot access the service due to a verified technical issue

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Partial billing periods already used

You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

4. Payment Provider Terms

All refunds are processed according to the policies of our payment providers (Paddle, LemonSqueezy). Their decision is final unless we choose to override it.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Email used at purchase
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue

We typically respond within 24-72 hours.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in license suspension.
