NeuralMerge builds local-first AI software designed to run entirely on the user's hardware. We do not collect prompts, documents, or content processed inside our applications. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we do collect, how we use it, and your rights.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our website or products.

2. What We Do Not Collect

Across all NeuralMerge products (NeuralTutor, NeuralFlow, NeuralShield), we do NOT collect:

  • Prompts
  • Documents
  • AI inputs or outputs
  • Local usage data
  • Model interactions
  • Children's data (NeuralTutor runs entirely offline)
  • Any content processed on your local machine

NeuralMerge applications do not transmit your data to our servers. They do not sync, upload, or share it.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to run our website, process payments, and provide support.

3.1. Website analytics

We use privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics (such as Plausible or similar).

Collected: page views, referrers, device type, and aggregated usage statistics.

Not collected: IP addresses, personal identifiers, cookies, tracking IDs.

3.2. Purchases

If you purchase a product through LemonSqueezy, Paddle, or another platform, they process:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Billing information
  • Transaction ID

We receive only what is required to deliver your license or download link:

  • Your email
  • Product purchased
  • Transaction metadata

We do not receive your payment card details.

3.3. Customer support

If you contact us, we receive whatever information you voluntarily send (e.g., email address, message text).

3.4. Account data (NeuralFlow only)

NeuralFlow requires sign-in with Google to sync cloud AI API keys on your behalf.

Collected:

  • Google account ID
  • Email

We do not access Google Drive, documents, contacts, or any other Google data. Your API keys are stored in encrypted form.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use data only for the following purposes:

  • Delivering product downloads and license keys
  • Providing customer support
  • Operating the website
  • Fraud prevention
  • Legal and tax compliance

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your data.

5. Children's Privacy

NeuralTutor is designed for children aged 5-15, but it stores all AI interactions locally on the user's device. We do not collect any information from children.

If a parent contacts us with a support request, we only process the parent/guardian's contact details.

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with processors essential for our operations:

  • Payment processors: LemonSqueezy, Paddle
  • Privacy-friendly analytics providers
  • Email or support providers

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by strict privacy obligations.

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. International Transfers

Your payment or account data may be processed by third-party providers in the EU, UK, or US, depending on your location. We ensure adequate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data
  • Secure server environments
  • Limited administrative access
  • No unnecessary data collection

9. Your Rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to:
